What Benchbound is (and is not)

Benchbound is a multiple-choice question practice service for the Nigerian Bar Part II examination. Before anything else, three disclaimers:

• Nothing on Benchbound is legal advice. It is exam practice material only.
• Benchbound is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Nigerian Law School or the Council of Legal Education. "Nigerian Law School" and "Bar Final" are used descriptively to identify the examination our materials relate to.
• No outcome is promised or implied. These are practice materials; we make no guarantee of any exam result.

Content accuracy

The questions in the bank are official past questions from the Bar Part II examination, reproduced with the official answer keys. The explanations are written by Benchbound, not by the examiner, and each one cites its source so you can check it. No question is published without its explanation and a citation. Errors can still exist. If you find one, the in-product report mechanism and our public corrections changelog are the remedy: we investigate, correct, and log the change. We accept no liability for exam outcomes.

Your purchase

Access to the paid question bank is a one-time payment granting lifetime access for one person's own use. Lifetime access covers the MCQ question bank — the questions, answers, and cited explanations — including corrections and additions we publish to it. Products we may offer later as separate purchases are not included.

Accounts are personal

Your account is for you alone. Sharing sign-in access, or redistributing content in any form — screenshots, exports, reposts — is a breach of these terms, and we reserve the right to revoke access for it.

Refunds

The following commitments apply to every purchase:

• You can request a refund — no questions asked — within 7 days of your purchase. The window runs from the date of your payment.
• A refund ends your access to the paid question bank.

Requests outside these commitments

Any refund request outside the commitments above is handled case-by-case at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, bulk-extract, or access the service by automated means, and you may not attempt to bypass access controls.

Changes, operator, and governing law

We may change the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Benchbound is operated by Tech Merks Ventures (CAC Business Name Registration No. 9404110), a registered business name, at 10 Aroyewun, Street, Ogudu G.R.A, Kosofe, Lagos, Nigeria.
